One of the world’s most famous and successful Electrical manufacturing firms was seeking a number of Global SVPs of Marketing to be based in Paris, France, or the US

The company is a worldwide market leader in its category, with product ranges specifically tailored for major clients in the power generation, industrial, residential and technology sectors. They were undergoing a major transformation program in their global Marketing operation, and as such were seeking to bring on a number of new global SVPs of marketing to add significant firepower to their capabilities across all areas of marketing, including Brand, Strategic Marketing and Global Campaigns.

Due to the breadth of the transformation, they were interested in facilitating initial introductions with top marketing talent in specific industries, including technology, power generation, electrical manufacturing and related sectors. Based on the experience, abilities and ambitions of candidates, they then built customized positions to accommodate selected candidates. These positions reported directly into the Global CMO and played a key part of the global strategic leadership team.

Ideal candidates had to have significant experience in Marketing at SVP or CMO level, considerable strategic planning / influencing skills, and must come from a B2B focused background where the offering is focused on multiple services and industry sectors.

Area Director, Office Solutions Provider, Geneva, Switzerland

One of the world’s most famous office solution providers was seeking an Area Director to manage all of their French and German speaking operations in Geneva, Switzerland.  The company is the market leader in its sector, and was growing at over 100% per year. The managed the firm’s multiple business centers in the region, driving sales, growth, people development and customer satisfaction. With full P&L responsibility, this position had a huge scope for creativity and strategic thinking.

The global brand reputation of the company, coupled with the existing strong client base in the region meant that this position was highly visible and strategically critical for the firm’s growth. Therefore they needed someone with strong commercial experience in the hotel, service, hospitality or B2B sector, highly motivated, with experience managing people, developing new business, creating and executing commercial strategies. English, French and German were required.

Regional HR Director, Global Pharmaceutical Company- Saudi Arabia

Working with one of the world's largest pharmaceutical companies who was seeking a Regional Human Resources Director for the GCC, to be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. 

 This high visibility role reported directly to the Regional HR Director Middle East & Africa and was responsible for a headcount of almost 250 professionals. This position was responsible for business partnering with senior management on all HR related functions including HR strategy, talent management, employee development, compensation, and paying a special focus on developing a strong talent pipeline to create leaders and successors for the future of the organization. The ideal candidate also had to ensure that management is in compliance with all relevant labor legislation and, essentially, helping the company continue their success in the KSA and GCC markets, and building a strong and constantly developing HR team.

The selected candidate was a Saudi national with experience developing and building a lean/functional HR organization. He was an energetic, motivated, and communicative leader, with experience in leading and participating in all HR functions.


LatAm Head of Distribution and Logistics - Major International Pharmaceutical firm - Flexible location in Latin America

Working with one of the world’s most successful pharmaceutical companies seeking a LatAm Head of Distribution and Logistics to oversee all of their distribution operations across Latin America. The position could have been based in Mexico City, Bogota or Sao Paulo depending on the candidate’s preference.

 The company has multi-billion dollar revenue across LatAm, market leading brands and was growing at a considerable rate. However, unusually for a company of this size, they had no regional structure for distribution and created this new position to centralize all operations and processes across the region. The position was responsible for evaluating what is in place country by country, and then creating and defining regional warehousing and distribution strategies, practices and processes. Due to the size of the operation, the scope of products and countries covered and the projected growth, it was a highly visible and challenging position, playing a key role in the global leadership team.

Strong leadership skills and a proven track record in logistics were required as this person would be responsible for driving change, improving processes and influencing key stakeholders both internally and with 3rd party distributors. The position called for strong analytical & evaluation skills to recognize where changes needed to be made and to drive these changes forward. 

Senior EMEA Marketing Director – World Leading Consumer Goods Company - London, UK

A household name Consumer Goods company was seeking a Senior Marketing Director for EMEA for their beauty and personal care category.

The company is a worldwide market leader in a number of categories, with household name international blockbuster brands. They were undergoing a major transformation program in their global Marketing operation, and as such were seeking to bring on a new head of marketing for the EMEA to add significant firepower to their capabilities across all areas of marketing, including defining regional strategy, brand identity, product mix, new product launches, regional campaigns, market insight and thought leadership. This played a key part of the global strategic leadership team.

The ideal candidate had to be a current European or EMEA Marketing Director / VP with extensive experience in the beauty or personal care industry, with an excellent track record of achievement in all of the areas listed above. 


Head of Logistics and Transformation- World Famous Consumer Goods Company- Nigeria


A world famous consumer goods companies was seeking a Head of Logistical Transformation who would be responsible for a corporate change program covering their warehousing, distribution and fleet operations. This includes a fleet of over 700 trucks, 13 plants and 70 warehouses across Nigeria.

The successful candidate would be responsible for devising the business plan and re-modeling the entire logistical operations. The company identified Nigeria as a strategic growth market and the ideal candidate would have to successfully lead the transformation of these key areas in response to growth and demand. 

Strong leadership skills and a proven track record in logistics were required as this person would be responsible for driving change, improving processes and influencing key stakeholders both internally and with distributors. The position calls for strong analytical & evaluation skills to recognize where changes needed to be made and support the Director in driving these changes forward. The ideal candidate needed to have a proven track record in improving processes in order to increase efficiency across multiple functions. 


LatAm Head of Infrastructure– World Famous Financial Services Multinational – Argentina, Mexico, Chile or Brazil

One of the world’s most famous and successful Financial Services firms was seeking a Head of Infrastructure to cover all their operations in Latin America. The role could either be based in Argentina, Mexico, or Chile.

The company is the number 1 firm in the world in its sector. This role was responsible for the IT infrastructure of the company across LatAm at the local and regional level. Due to the size and presence of the company, this included consolidating data centers, defining the strategy, coordinating and influencing senior stakeholders and driving the implementation of new and innovative IT infrastructure. The role was critical for the company to drive innovative change and, is both highly challenging and highly visible at a global level.

They were seeking a confident, creative IT Director with strong regional experience. Financial services experience was a plus but not essential. The role boasted a highly attractive remuneration package and fast track career growth opportunities within this highly successful, Fortune 500 company. Fluent English and Spanish were essential. An internationally successful Financial Services firms was seeking a Chief Risk Officer to cover all their risk management in Latin America. The role could either be based in the USA, or Chile or Argentina.

The company is the number 1 firm in the world in its sector with revenue of approximately 68 billion USD. This role would be responsible for all risk management activities at a local and regional level across LatAm. Due to the size and presence of the company, this included identifying and evaluating risk as well as developing the risk management policies and procedures to ensure appropriate measures were in place for LatAm.  Working closely with and advising the leadership team, this role was critical for the company to drive change and, was both highly challenging and highly visible at a global level.

They were seeking an engaging yet assertive risk officer with strong regional experience. Life Insurance services experience was essential. Fluent English and Spanish were desired.

Seeking a Regional Finance Business Partner to be based in Dubai, this world famous consumer goods company was looking for a seasoned professional to cover 17 countries across the Middle East and South Asia. This was a particularly exciting opportunity as the company was expanding its market share in the Middle East at double digit growth levels. The role would involve producing accurate financial reports and forecasts across all the operations, acting as a strategic Finance Partner to the Regional GM and Commercial teams on key business decisions.

It required someone both commercially minded, highly motivated and dynamic, but also very hands on as the business had only been established in the region for the last few years. The ideal candidate was someone who was a hands on Finance Manager / Controller with a strong track record in partnering the business in strategic decisions.


Global Software Development Director - World Famous Consumer Electronics Company - Brazil

A name brand consumer electronics companies was seeking a Global Software Development Director to lead multiple software development centres across the world. The position was based near to the world famous beach resort of Florianopolis in the south of Brazil.

The company launched a new software platform which manages electronic medical records for clinics and hospitals. This software product is already very successful across Latin America, and they currently have a software development team of over 300 people in the development centre in Brazil, dealing with more than 90,000 change requests per year. They were planning on rolling out the product globally, and this person would be responsible for launching new sites in India and Europe, as well as leading the existing operation in Brazil. There was also a strong strategic and commercial focus as the product needed to be adapted to different international markets and clients and this role was responsible for major decisions and prioritizing changes. Due to the size of the operation and the potential for global growth of the product, this role was critical for their success.

The ideal candidate had to have strong experience in running a global software development operation, especially focused on international customizations to meet local requirements / regulations. Fluent English was essential, but no other languages were necessary as all the stakeholders were international and the business language is English. No restrictions on nationality applied, but they needed to be happy to relocate to Brazil and live near some of the most beautiful beaches in the world!

One of the world’s most famous multinational FMCG organizations was seeking a Strategic Modern Trade Transformation Director to focus on their entire modern trade sales operation in Saudi Arabia.

Working closely with the HQ in the US, this position reported locally to the Branch Manager, and was responsible for leading all HR functions for a plant of almost 300 employees.  This is an opportunity for a strong, mature, and inspirational leader to add value to the plant operations by strengthening the organization’s relationship with labor unions and leading strategic negotiations with employees, union leaders, and senior stakeholders.  In addition, given that this organization invests heavily in developing its talent, this role was focused on team building and implementing training tools for the employees of the plant.  

The ideal candidate needed to have experience in a major Manufacturing company/working at a plant, and have excellent leadership skills. This person also needed to have a strong understanding of Brazilian labor laws and unions and experience in conflict resolution. Excellent communications skills and fluency in both Portuguese and English were a must.
